Everyone needs to improve their skills. Training is important as it helps in providing quality work, great customer service, in keeping up with technology and staying ahead of one’s competition. Training is also important as it activates new ideas, further understanding of the job and helps one to understand business priorities.
Dexio, our Training Centre, has been incorporated in November 2011 and is an MQA approved centre. Since inception, continuous training activities are being held. For instance, in the month of July 2013, team leaders of Alpha Cleaning have undergone intensive training to improve their supervisory skills. These training sessions are being held with the main objective of providing better customer service.
