Profile Summary:

Motivated sales and Admin Officer with sales support and administrative experience, skilled in follow-ups, report preparation and customer correspondence. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email, with a collaborative team spirit and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Job Description:

  • Handle sales enquiries and follow up with customers
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
  • Maintain customer records and sales data
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with office administration and filing
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or administrative roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
