Responsibilities:

  • Planning (Monthly, daily adjustment & replanning)
  • Sending service intimation email/WhatsApp (Inform client on service date)
  • Daily briefing and debriefing with the team leaders
  • Call client for feedback
  • Renewal of contract (Sending the renewal offer, follow up calls & get renewal done)
  • Attend to customer complaints, queries and plan complaint service
  • Follow up of equipment sent for repairs
  • Ensure the delivery of materials
  • Monitoring the stock and re order of material when needed

 

Qualification:

  • SC/HSC
  • Good at MS office, Excel

 

Skills:

  • Good customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • To pay attention to details
  • Strong organization by managing time and responsibilities effectively
