Profile Summary:

Responsible for coordinating daily operations and ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Oversees planning, customer communications, contract renewals, and inventory management to support efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning (Monthly, daily adjustment & replanning)
  • Sending service intimation email/WhatsApp (Inform client on service date)
  • Daily briefing and debriefing with the team leaders
  • Call client for feedback
  • Renewal of contract (Sending the renewal offer, follow up calls & get renewal done)
  • Attend to customer complaints, queries and plan complaint service
  • Follow up of equipment sent for repairs
  • Ensure the delivery of materials
  • Monitoring the stock and re order of material when needed

 

Qualification:

  • SC/HSC
  • Good at MS office, Excel

 

Skills:

  • Good customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • To pay attention to details
  • Strong organization by managing time and responsibilities effectively
