Profile Summary:

Alpha Contracting Ltd is seeking a Junior Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor / Project Support to assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, basic cost control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
• Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Assist with project budget tracking and cost control
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Maintain project and cost records

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil
  Engineering
• 1 – 2 years’ experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Ability to read basic construction drawings
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn, well-organised, and detail-oriented
