Profile Summary:

We are seeking an HR Officer with solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Skilled in managing full hiring cycles, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient HR policies. Strong communicator with a proven ability to foster positive and productive workplaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in recruitment and maintenance of HR files and contracts.
  • Experience in expat management recruitment and process will be an advantage.
  • Well acquainted with HR processes and practices.
  • Sound knowledge of IR and ERA.
  • Experience in policies and procedures drafting.
  • Sound understanding of performance management systems and implementation.
  • Knowledge in payroll process.
  • Maintain medical insurance Masterfile and process new joiners/leavers.
  • Provide data for HR reports and analysis.
  • Assist in organisation of welfare activities.
  • Assist with HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM.
  • 2-3 years experience in the same position.
  • Conversant in Sicorax HR and payroll.
  • Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
  • Autonomous, proactive, well organized and result driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
