Job Description:

Alpha Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Officer to support our daily operations. The role involves coordinating office activities and operations, maintain and update administrative systems. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with the company policies.
  • Maintain and update administrative systems such as filing systems, databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum SC or HSC qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
